Welcome to Color Unlimited Painting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)govern the use of our website www.colorunlimitedpainting.com and the services we provide. By accessing our website or hiring us for a painting project, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
Color Unlimited Painting offers professional residential and commercial painting services in Dallas, TX, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Residential and commercial painting
- Specialty finishes and coatings
- Surface preparation and minor repairs
We reserve the right to refuse or modify services at our discretion.
2. Estimates & Quotes
- All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
- Quotes are based on current paint prices, labor, and material costs. If material prices increase after a quote is issued, we will notify you before proceeding.
- Additional charges may apply if unexpected repairs (such as drywall damage, mold, or structural issues) are required before painting.
- A written agreement is required before any work begins.
3. Payments & Deposits
- A deposit may be required before starting work. This will be clearly outlined in your estimate.
- Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Late payments may be subject to late fees or interest charges.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers (payment methods will be outlined in the contract).
4. Scheduling & Project Timelines
- We will provide an estimated start and completion date. However, delays due to weather, unforeseen repairs, or material availability may impact the timeline.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and free from obstructions (e.g., furniture, personal items).
- If rescheduling is necessary, we will provide notice and work to accommodate a new timeline.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth project, clients agree to:
✔ Provide clear access to the work area
✔ Remove fragile or valuable items from the workspace
✔ Communicate any color changes or additional requests before painting begins
✔ Allow for proper drying and curing time after painting
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled project start date.
- Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased or work has begun.
- If a client is dissatisfied with the work, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns but do not offer full refunds once services have been rendered.
7. Warranty & Liability
- We provide a limited warranty on workmanship and materials for a specified period (to be outlined in the contract).
- This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to wear and tear, water leaks, or improper maintenance
- Changes made by another contractor after our work is completed
- Surface imperfections that were pre-existing (e.g., cracked drywall, water stains)
- We are fully insured, but liability is limited to the scope of work performed by our team.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Color Unlimited Painting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Texas state laws.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
