We work to the PCA Industry Standards. Applicable preparation and sample requirements are agreed in each written scope. See how we define preparation, samples, and the finished surface.

Project stories explain the work beneath the finished surface: what needed attention, how it was repaired, and how the finish protects it. Explore the Dallas restoration below, or visit our Portfolio for the visual gallery.

Window restoration after sprinkler damage

Repeated sprinkler overspray left exterior window trim and lower sash components damp. Soft wood, peeling paint, and open joints called for repairs before a new finish could protect the windows.

What the work involved

  • Remove failed paint and decayed wood.
  • Consolidate remaining sound wood with epoxy and fit replacement wood where components could not be repaired.
  • Refine profiles, sand, prime, and apply exterior finish coats.
  • Seal critical joints and recommend sprinkler adjustments to prevent repeat overspray.

The result: Solid window components, restored profiles, and a protective painted finish.
