The terms that govern use of this site and the services we provide.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms govern access to the Color Unlimited Painting website and our professional painting services. By using the website or hiring us for services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Professional services

Color Unlimited Painting offers residential and commercial painting, specialty finishes, and surface restoration in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas.

Estimates. Quotes are valid for thirty days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if material costs increase or if unexpected repairs (mold, structural issues, wood rot, lead-paint encapsulation) are discovered after the walk-through.

Agreements. A written contract is required before work begins.

3. Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Deposits. A deposit may be required as specified in your estimate, typically used to lock in scheduling and order materials.

Final payment. Due upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest as specified in the contract.

Cancellations. Must occur at least seventy-two hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered.

Refunds. We do not offer full refunds once services are rendered. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve dissatisfaction. Our workmanship warranty covers the things a refund would not.

4. Project logistics and customer responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear access to work areas and remove fragile or valuable items
  • Confirm color choices and product selections before the start date
  • Understand that weather, material availability, or unforeseen repairs may affect completion dates
  • Identify or disclose any known hazards (lead paint, asbestos, mold) before the walk-through

5. Intellectual property and website use

Ownership. All website content (text, photography, graphics, logos) belongs to Color Unlimited Painting LLC.

Estimate submissions. You permit us to use the project details and photos you submit to assess your request, communicate with you, prepare estimates and perform agreed services. This permission does not authorize public use of your estimate photos in marketing. We request separate permission before publishing them.

Prohibited acts. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, upload malicious code, or attempt to breach security features.

6. Warranty and liability

Workmanship warranty. We provide a three year warranty on labor and materials for residential repaints, with the specific scope and exclusions specified in your contract. Specialty finish work has its own warranty terms documented in the project agreement.

Floor coatings. Garage floor work carries the written warranty terms in your project agreement. The scope addresses existing coatings and moisture conditions and sets the return-to-use guidance for the selected system.

Exclusions. Warranty does not cover damage from water leaks, improper maintenance, pre-existing substrate failure, or modifications made by other parties after our work is complete.

Legal limit. Our liability is limited to the scope of work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Dallas County, Texas courts.

8. SMS terms and conditions

Program name. Color Unlimited Painting Text Messaging Program.

Description. Opting in consents to receive texts including appointment reminders, estimates, project updates, review requests, and occasional promotional offers.

Frequency. Up to ten messages per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message. After confirmation, texts cease. Text START to rejoin.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We will not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS data with third parties for marketing.

Consent scope. Texting consent is not required to purchase services.

Supported carriers. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major US carriers. Coverage not guaranteed everywhere.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Updates appear on this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance.
