Cancellations: Must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased.
Refund Policy: We do not offer full refunds once services are rendered; however, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dissatisfaction.
To ensure project success, the client agrees to:
Access: Provide clear access to the work area and remove fragile/valuable items.
Communication: Confirm all color choices and additional requests before painting starts.
Timelines: Understand that weather, material availability, or unforeseen repairs may shift the estimated completion date.
Ownership: All website Content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Color Unlimited Painting.
User Submissions: If you submit content (e.g., project photos or reviews), you grant us a perpetual license to use and display that content.
Prohibited Acts: Users may not use the site for unlawful purposes, upload malicious code, or attempt to breach security features.
Workmanship Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on labor and materials (specific duration provided in your contract).
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from water leaks, improper maintenance, or pre-existing structural imperfections.
Legal Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the scope of work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or our painting services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
